The small counter beside your balance at the top of the logged-in screen is your Coins balance. Coins are a loyalty currency, not money: you collect them from deposits and bets, then spend them in the Shop on bonus money, free spins or a sports free bet.
The Shop shows a price in Coins and nothing else. That price only becomes useful once you translate it into the amount of betting it represents, and then into the wagering the reward itself carries. Both conversions are arithmetic, and both are done below in ringgit.
The cycle is short and there is no code, no request and no approval step involved.
What changes after step three depends on what you bought. Bonus money and spins arrive as bonus funds with their own wagering and deadlines, while a free bet has to be activated and staked in a set window. Those rules are the real price of a Shop item, so read the two sections further down before you spend.
Four earning routes are shown on the Earn Coins screen, at these rates.
| Route | Rate |
|---|---|
| Deposits | 5% of every deposit goes to your Coins balance |
| Casino and sport bets | 1 Coin per RM40 wagered, tracked by a progress bar to RM40 |
| Challenges | Coins from weekly and one-time challenges |
| Tournaments | listed as an earning route on the same screen |
One figure is inconsistent. The account screen counts 1 Coin per RM40 of casino and sport bets, while Annex 1 of the general terms describes each RM45 wagered on casino games as granting 1 Coin. The calculations on this page use RM40, because that is the rate the account screen tracks, but treat RM45 as the possible worse case and watch your own progress bar before planning anything large around it.
The deposit route is deliberately left out of the ringgit maths here. The terms calculate those 5% Coins on a dollar equivalent, so a clean ringgit conversion is not available for deposits. Bets are the route you can price exactly.

The Bonus Money tab lists four packs. The third column is this desk’s arithmetic, dividing the Coin price by the ringgit value of the bonus.
| Shop item | Coins | Coins per RM of bonus |
|---|---|---|
| RM20 bonus money | 500 | 25 |
| RM40 bonus money | 900 | 22.5 |
| RM80 bonus money | 1,500 | 18.75 |
| RM120 bonus money | 2,200 | 18.33 |
The pattern is clear: the smallest pack is the most expensive one. The RM20 pack costs 25 Coins for each ringgit of bonus, while the RM120 pack costs about 18.33, so the big pack buys roughly a third more bonus from the same Coins. If you are holding 900 Coins, one RM40 pack beats one RM20 pack plus 400 idle Coins, assuming you can clear the wagering on the larger amount.
The calculator below turns your own numbers into Coins, Wheel spins and the pack those Coins reach.
One Coin per RM40 of bets as the account screen shows (the general terms describe RM45 for casino games). Deposit Coins (5% of each deposit) come on top. Wheel spins assume casino bets with no active bonus: one per RM450, at most 3 a day. Shop bonus money is casino only, x40 in 10 days.
Stated
Exchange your Coins for up to RM4,500 of rewards.
In practice
The smallest bonus pack in the Shop, RM20, costs 500 Coins. Earned from bets at 1 Coin per RM40, that is about RM20,000 of wagering before the reward is even bought.
Follow the RM20 pack all the way through. 500 Coins at RM40 per Coin is 500 x RM40 = RM20,000 of bets. The RM20 you receive then carries 40x wagering, so 40 x RM20 = RM800 of casino bets within 10 days, on casino games only, with release capped at 5 x RM20 = RM100 to your real balance.
The RM120 pack scales the same way. 2,200 Coins at RM40 per Coin is RM88,000 of bets, and the RM120 bonus then needs 40 x RM120 = RM4,800 of casino play in 10 days, releasing at most RM600.
So the decision is simple. Coins are a by-product of betting you were going to do anyway, and a Shop pack is a small extra on top of it. They are never a reason to raise your stakes or extend a session, because no realistic amount of chasing makes RM20,000 of turnover a sensible price for RM20 of bonus with its own RM800 of follow-up wagering. Treat the balance as something that accumulates in the background, and spend it when a pack is within reach. If you are weighing a Shop pack against a deposit offer instead, the deposit route has very different mechanics, and the welcome bonus wagering rules explain which of them your bankroll suits.
The Shop, your Coins balance and the Wheel all sit in the same rewards area of your account.

Two of the Shop tabs give you something other than bonus money, and each has a different clock.
Spins from the Free Spins tab are activated in your Profile and must be played within 7 days of the purchase. Winnings from them are credited as bonus money carrying 40x wagering within 10 days, and release to your real balance is capped at RM225. In practice that means two deadlines in a row, and the first one starts at purchase, so buy spins only when you have time to play them and then clear the turnover.
A free bet is for the sportsbook only. It has to be activated within 24 hours and is staked in full on a single bet, not split. If it wins, the winnings minus the stake go to your real balance, and that amount must then be rolled over at least 3 times at odds of 2.10 or higher within 30 days. A RM50 return above the stake, for example, means RM150 of qualifying turnover at 2.10 or more before the money is yours to withdraw.
Challenges are the earning route that does not depend on how much you stake per bet. They are split into Sports and Casino sections, and the sports challenges award 1 point per RM45 bet, with a minimum bet required for each challenge. Complete 20 of the 40 weekly challenges in a section and you collect a bonus 50 points for it.
One-Time Challenges sit alongside them and pay their Coins automatically when the condition is met, so there is nothing to claim.
Keep Coins separate from your VIP standing in your head. They are a spendable currency for the Shop, while your level, cashback rate and monthly withdrawal cap move with the points shown in your profile. The VIP ladder sets the limits that matter when you cash out, and Coins do nothing for them.
The Wheel is earned, not bought. You collect one spin per RM450 wagered on eligible casino games, you can hold up to 10 unused spins, and you can earn at most 3 in a single day. Three spins a day therefore means 3 x RM450 = RM1,350 of qualifying casino betting in that day, which is why holding spins matters more than rushing them.
Mind the day boundary. The count runs on UTC from 00:00 to 23:59, which is 8 AM one morning to 7:59 AM the next in Malaysia. A spin earned at 7 AM counts toward the previous day’s limit, while one earned at 9 AM starts the new one.
Keep in mind
While a casino bonus is active, your bets do not earn Wheel of Fortune spins.
Plan around that exclusion. If you are working through welcome or Shop bonus wagering, none of that turnover builds spins, so the Wheel effectively pauses until the bonus is finished or gone. Check which titles count as eligible casino games before you start, since the lobby sections differ in what they contribute, and play on bonus funds is restricted in ways plain real-money play is not.
Every spin pays something, in cash, bonus money or free casino spins. Once you hold 10, new spins are simply not added, so use them before the balance fills up. For the rest of the account, from the cashier to the game sections, see the player overview.
